I have decided that I want to make homemade sourdough bread! For this, I will need a "starter" to...well, to get started... I could get one from a friend, but I like the idea of starting completely from scratch... SO I did a little Google-magic research and came across this website: http://www.breadtopia.com/ 
I watched the guy's video tutorial of making his own whole wheat sourdough starter, and I need to go buy some pineapple juice! :)
